If you've come looking for classic Twilight Zone end-of-the-episode wisdom then you've found that place. Other than my frequent pop culture quips, I sing the praises of tarot and oracle divination because it has been a source of guidance when I needed answers beyond my vision.

 

When I realized that my intuition was picking up on certain symbols and that I was seeing images, colors, patterns, and numerical sequences in ways that I had never seen before, the messages started becoming more cohesive and more succinct.

 

Obviously, there have been many people along my journey who have greatly assisted me when I was in my "heartbreak hotel" eras (other than a couple of hit pop songs, that's also my own personal descriptor of a certain tarot card, and also the kickstart to my own personal healing journey), but all that help would have been for nothing had I not recognized my own intuitive powers.

 

On this playground of life we will forever be in the roles of student or teacher, and the current stage or circumstances of our lives decide which role we will play in those moments. Often times we find ourselves occupying both spaces simultaneously.

 

It's a full circle moment for me to have sought after spiritual professionals and healers when I felt I was at my lowest points, only to have steadily evolved into someone that can now be of service to others when they are seeking emotional and mental support.

And let's be real, a lot of our wants should probably remain completely out of our sights unless (and until) we are prepared to handle them. We most definitely play a part in our own downfall when we sacrifice our intuition (i.e., gut feeling) because our egos want what they want when they want it all the time. Piping those egos down are truly rewarding experiences when mastered.

 

Now whether that ego belongs to you or someone else is entirely your business, but I digress...
